Welcome to Realsync (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you (“User” or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Realsync facilitates the sharing of personal information (“Information”) between individuals and entities, allowing users to update, delete, and request changes to shared data in real-time.
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the App.
2.2 By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to agree to and comply with these Terms.
3.1 To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for any activity conducted under your account.
3.3 Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.1 Users can share, update, and delete Information within the App. Realsync does not own any Information shared by its Users.
4.2 You are responsible for ensuring that any Information you share complies with applicable laws, including but not limited to privacy and data protection laws.

You agree not to:
6.1 Realsync retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights.
6.2 Users retain ownership of any Information they share but grant Realsync a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and revocable license to use such Information for the purpose of providing the App’s services.
7.1 We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
7.2 You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions provided in the App.
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realsync and its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
8.2 Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App, if any.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Realsync and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.
10.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App or on our website.
10.2 Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the Province of Quebec.
